Well here is the rest of the weekend Monday and Tuesdays food and drink:
Glass of Water: 10
Glass of Milk: 2
Bottle of Water: 6
Glass of Juice: 1
Beer: 30
Banana: 2
Slice of Pizza: 3
Hot Dogs: 3
Steak Sandwiches: 2
Bagel: 1/2
Roll: 1
Philly Cheesesteak: 1
Fries: 10
Teddy Grahams: 45-50
Left over Chicken and Broccoli: 1/4
Bowl of Applesauce: 1
Chicken: 1 thigh
Bowl of Corn: 1
Side of Stovetop: 1 1/2
So there's that in the words of Senator Clay Davis SHHHHHHHEEEEEEEEEE-IT. However i am trying to get back on the horse or the wagon or the cowboy? Shwatevs here is my run for today:



















Not considering how much crap i put my body through this weekend but not good by any standards.
Here's my push-up thingy for today:
Day 2
rest 90 seconds between each SET (longer if required)
set 1 3 6 10
set 2 4 8 12
set 3 2 6 8
set 4 3 6 8
set 5 max (at least 4) max (at least 7) max (at least 12)
Remember I am attempting column three so I did the bare minimum. Got a blister in the same place on my foot I always get a blister so that's neat but hopefully I'll start playing junk outside which will be a nice change-o-pace.
