I remember me well I did the triathalon swimming portion sucked and I could have done better with the bike but I am pleased with how the run turned out. I'm have my own place now which means 1 I have no money 2 I feed myself trash, oh and I'm living here because I'm in school. So all of this combined witht he fact that this town has no sidewalks I have not been running or doing anything productive. Hopefully I can turn this around but right now I'm doing a paper thing of trobairitz and procrastinating. I should start up exercising soon but right now back to the work I'm avoiding.

Sorry Me
Got a job so that has been screwing things up royally. I have still been running but not as much as I should my push ups have also suffered. I just ran a 7 and half miles and have blisters on both arches and this weekend is fourth of July so I'll probably get smashed which is not good for the health of my body. Oh I've been playing softball every sunday and that is good and I will hopefully start ballet.[ And i quit writing down the food because damn I'm lazy. Also no girl friend still the jerks.

Teddy Grahams: 45-50
Left over Chicken and Broccoli: 1/4
Bowl of Applesauce: 1
Chicken: 1 thigh
Bowl of Corn: 1
Side of Stovetop: 1 1/2
